The Company is the owner, author and publisher of the internet resource https://medmitr.com and the mobile application ‘Medmitr’ (collectively, the “Website”). The Company owns and operates the services provided through the Website.

The following are terms of a legal agreement between You and JJ Wellness Network Private Limited

By downloading, accessing, browsing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

This is to show you the list of The Company’s healthcare service providers listings near you and to identify if you are in the proximity of one of our providers. Our provider listings are made available via Google maps API.

Payment service

In order to make payment for availing services through the Website; you might need to provide Bank account number, Credit/Debit Card number, Card Expiry Date, Name on Card. All the information is securely stored within our provider systems as per the Company’s DSS standards. Also, encryption mechanisms are used to protect the transmission of this data to our provider’s backend servers.

Transaction Information

We may collect transaction information which may include – Date, time, transaction amount, the Company’s healthcare service provider name, payment method, payment instrument, location, email and phone number of user and healthcare service provider’s, offers associated with transaction and description of the transaction.

Updates

The Website which you use may require you to install updates from time to time. These updates are designed to improve, enhance and further develop the Website and may take the form of bug fixes, enhanced functions, new features and or completely new versions. You agree to receive such updates as part of your use of the Website.

In particular, the Company, its medical service providers and affiliates do not represent or warrant to you that:

The Company shall also not be liable for any damage or loss of any kind caused as a result (direct or indirect) of the use of the Website, including but not limited to any damage or loss suffered as a result of reliance on the contents contained in or available from the Website.

Refund and Returns

If you are not completely satisfied, you may call 022 - 27810151 to cancel at any time. If you cancel within the first 30 days, your membership fee will be refunded. The onetime member activation fee is non-refundable. After you have called to cancel, you will need to provide a written letter verifying that you cancelled the plan, the letter should also include your unique member identification number, an original signature and you have to return to us all the materials and collaterals (if any) that you have received along with the medical discount program. You can send this letter via India post or courier to Cancellation department, 905, Chiranjiv Tower, 43, Nehru Place, New Delhi - 110019. Call to verify that your cancelation letter has been received. Upon receipt of written cancellation, your membership to the medical discount program will be terminated and your refund will be processed.

Medmitr Digital health card (Applicant ID card)

Register for an Applicant ID card on the Medmitr application.

Input your latest Photo (face to be clear), provide your personal information, including name, address, email, phone no. On completing the registration form, your Applicant ID card along with a unique member identification number is activated and shall appear within the app. The registration process is the same for your co-applicant as well.

After activation, the Applicant ID card can be used over and again.

Your Applicant ID should be produced by you at all times to provide proof of the right to avail services under this Agreement.

Terms of Use of Applicant ID Card:

Effective Date and Renewal: Your effective date is indicated on your applicant ID card and is subject to renewal for a similar period upon your consent.

Right of Access

The Company reserves all rights to deny or restrict access to the Website to any particular user, at any time, without ascribing any reasons whatsoever.

Governing Law

You agree that this agreement and any contractual obligation between the Company and you shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

Disclosures:

This medical discount program is not an Insurance Policy. This program entitles the member to receive the discount for medical services from healthcare service providers who have contact with the Company. The members shall pay the net amount for the medical services availed after deducting the applicable discount.
